Web orders are handled as they are received. In-stock orders will ship today if received by 12 noon for US Postal Service, 3:00 PM for Fed-Ex, & 5:00 PM for UPS.

Quotations for Non-Catalog Items

Our catalog DOES NOT include all of the seal items which we maintain in our warehouse inventory. We are continually adding seals to inventory every day. Allegheny York is noted for having many hard to find items in stock. Our close ties with the leading manufacturers, both domestic and foreign, often allow us to supply you with the correct seal overnight. We will be happy to quote special sizes requiring tooling and we are able to deliver in as little as 4 weeks. Contact our sales office for details.


Before any item can be returned, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our sales correspondents. This must appear on all packages near the address label. Returned packages not having an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Parts returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge, must be in a resalable condition, and arrive at our plant within 30 days of purchase. Returned kits must be complete and in the original sealed package. Special items (non-catalog), may not be returned. Machined items are not returnable.

Credit Policy

Our payment terms for all open accounts are 1% 10 net 30 days. Accounts that reach 45 days past due from the invoice date will automatically be changed to a C.O.D. account adding all unpaid invoices. Accounts that reach 60 days past due from the invoice date will automatically be changed to a credit hold status, until the past due amount is received. You will be notified if your account status has changed and if orders are being held. To expedite your order we also accept the following credit cards for payment: Visa®, Mastercard®, and American Express®.


All goods sold hereunder are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. These express warranties are in lieu of and exclude all other warranties, expressed or implied. Allegheny York recommends that all designs be tested in prototype prior to production due to the many variables involved in sealing. Our liability for breach of any and all warranties is limited to refunding our invoice price of the products, or at our option, replacement of the material free of charge, including transportation charges, but not on the cost of installation. The sale of our products under any other warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, is not authorized by the company. All technical advice, services and recommendations rendered by Allegheny York Company personnel are gratis. They are based on technical data which the seller believes to be reliable, and are intended to be used by persons having skill and know-how, at their own discretion and risk.
