Return Policy

Before any item can be returned, a Return material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our sales correspondents. Parts returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge, must be in resealable condition, and arrive at our plant within 30 days of purchase. Any returned kits must be complete and in its originally sealed package. Special items (non-catalog items) may not be returned. Machined items are not returnable.

Allegheny York has many shipping solutions to fit your needs. We process and ship same day, Monday through Friday. We offer multiple domestic and international shipping services for your convenience including Fed Ex (air & ground) UPS (air & ground), and USPS. Delivery time is not guaranteed for receipt through any of our shipping partners. Please take holiday shipping delays into consideration. Shipping updates and holiday shipment information can be found on our shipping partner's website links provided below. We offer discounted shipping rates if you ship on our carrier account.
