Konsep offers multiple shipping services for your convenience including Fed Ex (air & ground) UPS (air & ground) and LTL. Shipping charges are contingent upon size & weight and will be configured and confirmed at time of shipping.
Every effort is made to ensure your order will arrive intact and in a timely manner. Please inspect your order upon arrival and resolve any damage incurred during shipping with the respective carrier.
Before any item can be returned, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from our sales correspondents. This must appear on all packages near the address label. Returned packages not having an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. Parts returned are subject to a 20% restocking charge, must be in resalable condition, and arrive at our plant within 30 days of purchase. Special items (non-catalog), may not be returned.
